Families can spend some time on Canada Day exploring dinosaurs and fossils at a scavenger hunt at Brydon Lagoon.
The Canadiana: Dinos and Fossils event is Monday, July 1 from 1 to 2 p.m. at the lagoon in 91原创 City.
Participants will use GPS to explore the area around the lagoon at 19850 53 Ave., and learn about dinos and fossils.
The family that finds the items related to the ancient creatures that once lived in Canada will win a prize. All participating children will receive a small prize.
Tickets are $4.25 for children (ages two to 15). That's the same price for seniors 65 and older. Adult tickets cost $6.75. A family pass (two adults and two kids) is $15.75.
