Wes Barker鈥檚 latest adventure on TV put him in front of some high-profile judges on America鈥檚 Got Talent.
The Clayton Heights-based 鈥渟tunt magician鈥� will appear on the popular variety show/contest on Tuesday evening (July 21).
Barker twice flew to New York for show tapings a few months ago.
Those judging his second-round act are Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, Howard Stern and Mel B, along with guest judge Michael Bubl茅.
鈥淚t was awesome,鈥� Barker told the Surrey Now about his time on the 鈥淎GT鈥� stage.
Barker said he hit 20 millions views on his YouTube account over the past 12 months, prompting producers of America鈥檚 Got Talent to contact him for an appearance on the TV show.
He isn鈥檛 sure exactly how much air time he鈥檒l get.
鈥淓veryone gets the same amount of stage time, but how much [TV air time] you get depends, so I鈥檓 not sure about that,鈥� he said. 鈥淭hey might show my interview, my back story, or maybe I get 30 seconds, I don鈥檛 know. I鈥檒l find out by watching on Tuesday night like everyone else.鈥�
Barker also recently recorded his act for Penn & Teller: Fool Us, a magic contest that airs Mondays on the CW network.
