Love is on the menu this Valentine鈥檚 Day at lelem麓 Arts & Cultural Caf茅 in Fort 91原创, with a special night of live jazz and blues featuring the legendary singer Sibel Thrasher.
As both a singer and actress, Thrasher enjoys a respected career in music, theatre, film, and television.
She was inducted into the B.C. Entertainment Hall of Fame and Starwalk on the sidewalks of Vancouver鈥檚 Theatre Row for her lifelong contribution to the arts and music.
Thrasher will be the featured guest of Dave Quinn of RazzMaJazz for a Valentine鈥檚 Day jazz night at lelem麓.
The riverfront caf茅 has been featuring Saturday Night Jazz and Blues since last fall.
鈥淚鈥檝e enjoyed bringing in a range of talented musicians each week from jazz and blues vocalists, to great instrumental jazz artists,鈥 said Quinn.
鈥淟elem麓 is the perfect venue in Fort 91原创 for live jazz and blues, being it鈥檚 an arts and cultural caf茅 that is accessible to all ages.鈥
The cafe will offer a three-course Valentine鈥檚 Day dinner for two for $50.
A new menu, featuring organic cuisine with a First Nation twist, is also available.
There is no cover charge, but reservations are recommended.
