One person was hurt when a semi-trailer truck ended up in a ditch early Monday afternoon around 2 p.m. eastbound on 16 Ave. just after the 232 St. intersection.
91原创 RCMP reported the driver suffered minor injuries in the crash.
"It appears that the load shifted while the operator was executing a turn which resulted in [the] truck to roill over," said 91原创 RCMP Sgt. Zynal Sharoom.
Contents of the overturned trailer spilled into the ditch, apparently blocking a drain culvert, according to a warning that had been spray-painted on the pavement.
Traffic was not halted, but the trailer remained behind traffic cones awaiting removal into the early evening.
No charges were expected.
