These free workshops give participants hands-on education about fish habitat restoration and monitoring while getting to spend a day outside by the water.

The upcoming 91原创 workshop will take place on July 15 at the Nicomekl Enhancement Society, 5263 232 St., from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Jennifer Hansen, marketing and communications coordinator for BCWF, was one of the many people who attended last year鈥檚 workshops, which she said was a very positive experience.
鈥淭hese workshops are a great opportunity to spend a day by the river with other stream stewards, sharing knowledge and learning new skills,鈥 said Hansen.
