The nine-year-old boy who was injured when he was on 29 Avenue in Aldergrove on Friday remains in serious condition in hospital.

His parents have asked that no details about his condition be released, but 91原创 RCMP said earlier this week that there is 鈥渘o change鈥� in his condition. The boy was unconscious but breathing on his own when he was airlifted to hospital after the mishap which occurred shortly after classes were over for the day.

The boy attended Shortreed Elementary where PAC members and staff are raising money for the boy鈥檚 family. Shortreed PAC president Lacey Warrington said that fundraising will help the family defray the cost of gas, parking fees and food associated with their visits to Children鈥檚 Hospital.
