Missing Prince George man believed to be in the Lower Mainland: RCMP

Prince George RCMP is asking for the public's help in finding 56-year-old James Bruce Strang.

According to Mounties, Strang was last seen in Prince George on July 14 and has not been heard from since. However, RCMP believe Strang in the Lower Mainland. 

鈥淛ames may have travelled to the Lower Mainland," said Prince George RCMP media relations officer Cpl. Jennifer Cooper. "Investigators are asking that if anyone sees him, they call the Prince George RCMP non-emergency line at 250-561-3300."

Strang is described as:

  • Caucasian male
  • 191 cm (6鈥3鈥)
  • 91 kg (200 lbs) 
  • Brown hair, balding
  • Blue eyes
  • Has a beard (not pictured)
  • Right arm amputated below the elbow, uses a black-coloured prosthesis
  • Tattoo on his left arm of the name 鈥淛eff鈥
  • Tattoo on his right arm of the name 鈥淭ay鈥
  • Associated to a red 2005 Chevrolet Uplander with BC license plate XF269L
