Purpose: Bylaw No. 6134 proposes to amend Community Commercial Zone C-2 by adding a site-specific amendment to increase the permitted residential density for the site. Authorization for a 2-year extension of Heritage Alteration Permit No. 101218 (issued July 24, 2023) will be considered in conjunction with this bylaw.
