Layton, Charles Richard. May 10, 1939 - April 19, 2011. Richard passed away at the Surrey Memorial Hospital on April 19, 2011. Richard was born in Toronto, Ontario... He is survived by his wife Carol. His children, Myrna, Tanya and Jace... His twin sister Joan Ross. 12 grand-children, 2 great grand-children 3 stepchildren...Lori, Larry and Jason.... Also by the mother of his children Vyrna... Numerous nieces and nephews. His working life as an auto- mobile mechanic and an engineer for Sea Span and Riv Tow... He had a wicked sense of humor and loved a good joke..
