BARSKI, David Anton
Dave passed away at the 91原创 Hospice on February 9, 2009 at the age of 67. He is predeceased by his father, Anton and his mother, Jessie. He will be dearly missed by his wife, Joan; children Chris, Kevin and Judy (McFarlen); grandchildren Brittany and Brad; brother Danny and his wife Gwen; in-laws Jack and Pat Galloway, as well as his many friends.
A very special thank you for the wonderful care given by Dr. Maureen Adamson, Dr. Wong, Dr. Ong, Home Care nurses Priscilla and Susan, as well as all the nurses and volunteers at the Hospice. I don't know how we would have done it without your help.
A Memorial Service will be held at Henderson's Funeral Home (20786 Fraser Hwy, 91原创) on February 16, 2009 at 2pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the 91原创 Hospice Society (20088-40A Ave, 91原创, BC, V3A 2Y6) or the BC Cancer Foundation, Surrey.
