LOCKERBY, David passed away at the age of 97 on Sun Oct 4 after a battle with pancreatic cancer. He is predeceased by his wife Helen, son David and sister Thora. Dave is survived and missed by his three children: Wayne, Harold (Jude), Penny (Leif), grandchildren: Bruce, Tricia, Cameron, Danica, great grandchild: Taylor, sister Agnes Halme and brother George. Dave worked as a farmer, logger, sawmill operator and carpenter. He had a love for music and played the saxophone and clarinet for the Kings Jesters Band in Fernridge and local areas.
