WHITE, David E. 73, of 91原创 BC, passed away May 24, 2012 after a courageous battle with cancer. David is survived by his loving wife Muriel,
daughter Heather (Kennedy), granddaughters Megan, Emmerson and Parker (Kennedy), brother Ron and three nephews and one niece. David was born on July 16, 1938 in Charlotteown, P.E.I. He is predeceased by his parents Edwin and Violet and a beloved son Mark. He spent the majority of his early and adult life in Edmonton and his career led him from finance in the Credit Union organization to his retirement in 2003 as Planned Giving Director at the University of Alberta Hospital Foundation. He was active in Scouting, and had a life long love of singing and the theatre. He was a past President of the Edmonton Burns Club and since he and Muriel retired to 91原创 in 2007 he was active in the 91原创 Community Chorus, the Handle Singers and the Probus Club of 91原创. Donations may be made to the 91原创
Hospice, Cancer Society or charity of choice. A Celebration of David's Life will be held at a later date.
