Dirkje (Dikkie) Jongenburger born May 4, 1943 in Scheveningen, Netherlands passed away peacefully surrounded by family at home February 19, 2017 in 91原创 after a short but courageous battle with cancer. She leaves behind a loving family and her husband John of 53 years. She will be fondly missed by her children Susan (Brent), Rick (Victoria), Shelley (John), Jonathan, Chris (Janelle). Grandchildren Michelle (Jim) & Nic and Gabe, Tenaya (Jake), Ryan (Marlo) & Ella, Nathan (Karli), Scott, Elayna, Faith and Rachel. The Family would like to thank all those who supported Dikkie during her brave battle with their caring visits and prayers on her journey. She will be remembered for her wonderful sense of humor, generosity, deep sense of faith and the time she spent gardening and with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, she requested donations be made in her memory to Canucks Place.
