Thomas, Doug aged 59 years passed away peacefully at 91原创 Hospice on October 29, 2008. Sadly missed by his loving wife Debbie, daughter Angie (Darren) DeJesus and granddaughter Sophia, sons: DJ and Scot (Sandy) Martins, many nieces and nephews as well as many relatives and friends. He is predeceased by his mother Ethel and brother Jim.
