Douglas Carmichael
October 27, 1952 - July 10, 2017
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father, husband, brother and uncle, Douglas Carmichael after a brief battle with cancer. Pre-deceased by his sister, Mary Herschmiller and his mother and father, the Rev. Archibald & Catherine Carmichael. Doug is survived by his wife of 41 years, Barbara, brother David (Angela), sister Maureen, children Dustin, Natalie (Wade), Christina (Ben), grandchildren, Isabella, Sophia, Melyssa, Ryder and Hunter as well as his nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
We will be having a celebration of life and 鈥楬ootenanny鈥� in his honour on
August 25, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.
at the South 91原创 Church.
All who knew and loved Doug are invited to come and bring your instrument of choice for an afternoon of music to celebrate a wonderful man who is gone far too soon.
