HARVEY GEORGE BILLOWS. 1940 鈥� 2014. On May 15, 2014, Harvey passed from death unto life into the presence of The Lord who he faithfully served. Harvey was born in Yorkton, SK and along with his family lived in Swan River, MB as well as Port Arthur, ON. He attended Central Pentecostal College in Saskatoon, Sask. where he met his sweetheart, Barbie who he married in 1968. They lived in Winnipeg for a brief time but Surrey and 91原创 have been their home along with their children since 1971. Harvey is survived by his wife, Barb, his children Scott (Celina), Shane (Andrea), Shandelle (Britton) Low, along with his 6 grandchildren & one gift that is still on the way, his sister Dorothy Varadarajan as well as numerous other family members. Harvey was pre deceased by his parents, George & Mary and his sister Darlene Briscoe. There will be a celebration of Harvey鈥檚 life on Friday, May 23rd at 11:00 a.m. at North 91原创 Community Church, 21015 96th Ave., 91原创. Friends are welcome to join us to celebrate Harvey鈥檚 home going. We would especially like to thank Simpson Manor in Fort 91原创 for their wonderful care of Harvey over the past 3 years and particularly in the past few weeks. We shall be forever grateful.
