Born in Langford Municipality (Neepawa, Manitoba) May 25, 1910, Ione passed away peacefully at 91原创 Lodge September 30, 2010. She was predeceased by husband Cam and her brother Lewis. Survived by Glenn (Judy), Ray (Jan), Faye Steinke (Ted), Ann Butcher (Bob), and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Ione was a long-time resident of Maple Ridge before moving to 91原创 in 1994. The family is most grateful for the care mom received at 91原创 Lodge, with a special thanks to staff who worked on the 3rd floor. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ione鈥檚 name, to 91原创 Care Foundation, 5451 204 Street. 91原创, V3A 5M9, would be appreciated. Graveside service will be held at Maple Ridge Cemetery, 21404 Dewdney Trunk Road at 2:30 pm October 15, 2010 followed by a tea.
