HOOK, Jimmy Carl Hnatiak, 41, of 91原创, BC passed away suddenly on Monday, Aug. 13, 2012. Jimmy was a very outdoor person whose passion was kayaking, traveling & camping.
His dear and close friend, Steve Crowe traveled BC鈥檚 Southwest and wrote a book on kayaking to help beginners and advanced kayakers. Steve was always there for Jimmy through his illness.
Jimmy had an infectious smile and was so very kind and caring to everyone.
Jimmy is survived by a very grieving family his mom, Susan (Scott) Hook and stepfather, Garry Hook; his only sister, Tinalee; niece, Payton; nephew, Mason Larson. He loved his grandmother, Martha dearly. He left behind numerous aunts, uncles and cousins from 91原创 to Kamloops. The only words to describe Jimmy are 鈥淵ou light up my life.鈥
