DANCE, John A. 77, of 91原创 passed away peacefully February 11, 2014 at 91原创 Memorial Hospital. Preceded by his parents Frank & Alice Dance, former wife Pat Dance, sister-in-law Esther Dance and brother Frank Dance. The loving husband of Gail Dance was a driven, popular and successful business man. He was known for his selfless volunteer work including a perfect attendance of over 35 years with the Rotary and his accomplishments with other various clubs and associations in 91原创. In his personal life, he enjoyed traveling, fishing, his dogs, going out to the movies, Star Trek and his family. He is survived by his wife Gail, brother Lorne, children Melanie (Bill); Tracy (Larry); Brent (Sheryl); and Michele, step children Serena (John); Venetia (Bill) and Rick (Robin); 9 grandchildren & 3 great grandchildren. John's body has been returned to ashes but it is believed that his spirit has taken him to another frontier where he is traveling at warp speed in a spaceship shaped like a motor home. He will be greatly missed by his extended family and friends. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks on John鈥檚 behalf to all of the wonderful ambulance attendants, nurses and doctors who provided loving care to John in his final days. The Sunrise Rotary Club will be hosting a celebration of life on Saturday, Feb. 22, 2014 at 2 p.m. at the Masonic Hall, at 20701 Fraser Hwy., 91原创.
