M. Joan Vogel, aged 85 years passed away peacefully at home with family on February 11, 2017. Survived by her loving Husband of 58 years, William Vogel, Sons Peter ( Lesley) Erik ( Gaby), as well as many relatives and friends. She is predeceased by her Son Brody. No service at her request. Joan was a loving Grandmother and Great- Grandmother as well as a long time volunteer, and then employee of the Elizabeth Fry Society in the lower mainland courts. Joan was very well respected by the Judges and RCMP for her many diversions that kept people out of the system
