September 13, 2013. It is with heavy heart and great sadness that we announce the death of my dearest husband Neil Fulmore on September 13, 2013 in 91原创, BC. Neil was loved deeply by all his family and friends. He will be deeply missed by his wife Marie, two daughters, four grandchildren & seven great grandchildren. A Memorial service will be held at a later date.
