In Loving Memory of Patricia Gail Cooksley (nee Smith), precious daughter, mother, sister, aunt, who passed away peacefully at 91原创 Memorial Hospital on Sat., August 29th, 2009.
Pat was born in Victoria, BC on November 7th, 1943. She grew up in Richmond, attending school at Grauer Elementary, Steveston Junior, and Richmond High. Over the years Pat honed her skills as a bookkeeper and was in much demand by several companies.
Pat is survived by her parents Norm & Fran Smith, her children Matt Cooksley & Jennifer Colgan, and her siblings Jim Smith and Barb Shannon. She also leaves many in-laws, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Pat will be greatly missed but will live on in our hearts forever. Many thanks to Dr. Wittmann and staff at 91原创 Hospital. Flowers gratefully declined and, at Pat鈥檚 request, there will be no formal service.
