PHELAN, Paul suddenly passed away Thursday, November 25, 2010. Very sadly missed by parents Luke & Joyce, brother Russ (Lynne), sisters; Susan (Cecil), Edith, Millie (John), sister-in-law Shelley and many nieces & nephews. Predeceased by brother David. No service at this time. For those desiring donations may be made in Paul鈥檚 memory to the BC SPCA.
