GLASPIE, Rhoda Fordyce. July 30, 1934 鈥� Sept. 9, 2011. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Rhoda Fordyce Glaspie who passed away peacefully at Fairmeade Farm, 91原创, her home of 34 years on Friday, September 9, 2011. She is predeceased by her husband, Michael Beale Glaspie, loving husband of 34 years. She will be deeply and forever missed by her closely knit and loving family, Janet (Dan) Boivin, Stu (Terri) Spear, Elizabeth (David) Baadsvik as well as her precious grand-children, Danielle, Michael, Brennan, Carter, Ross and Richard. Step children Pamela McKinnon, Lauren (Raul) Russo, Page (Gordon) McKay and 鈥淕ma鈥� to Madeleine and Alex.
There will be a celebration of Rhoda鈥檚 life on Wednesday, September 21st at 11:00am at Dunbar Heights United Church located at 3525 West 24th Avenue, Vancouver, BC. A reception will follow at Shaughnessy Golf & Country Club 4300 SW Marine Drive, Vancouver, BC.
