Call in the riot squad

Instead of an RCMP presence at council, how about calling in the riot squad when someone goes over the five-minute speaking limit?

Exercising one鈥檚 democratic right to speak, even if one goes one minute over the allotted time, calls for the RCMP presence at council?

How about calling in the riot squad next time?
