Editor: I always hear and read about negative experiences at hospitals, so I would like to write a letter thanking the nurses of the ambulatory care ward at LMH.
They were professional, empathetic and above all, had had a great sense of humour. This 鈥渉ealthy young guy鈥� was nervous, and seeing and hearing how efficient the nurses were helped me get through my procedure.
Great work gals, I look forward to seeing you next year.
