Dear Editor,
[Re: Heartfelt thanks to helpers, 91原创 Advance Times, June 11]
[On June 17] I saw Jan [Silzer] and her husband. They are very noble-minded professional people. Jan was very happy to see that my conditions are good.
She said roughly one 10th of the people are saved in the similar conditions. We talk a lot.
She told me something that I don't know.
She was off on Jan. 8, She took her dog walking outside. She usually walks southward. That day the dog insisted on walking north ward. So the dog is my lucky star. This also explained the reason the university students has not seen Jan walking along that trail again.
I do not have any memory of what had happened. When I return to sport track looking for those people who helped me, Ana and Jamie told me that they were at spot when I fell down on track. Alina Olson, who standing together with me in the picture, give me CPR first.
When Jan passed by and saw what had happened, she immediately joined in the help team and gave me more professional CPR.
Policeman and ambulance were coming very soon.
I thanked them all very much.
I can talk and walk again all thank to Jan and those university students and that policeman who first come to the spot and whom I have not found yet.
