Dear Editor,
Sent to Township council:
Obviously you want what you want.
You are determined to have your neighbourhood plan implemented no matter what.
You are determined to do it at meetings during the day (ie 2:30 p.m.) when the average working person cannot attend. That is not true community input.
I am sure the developers like this idea but the people who actually legally voted you into office do not.
I cannot for the life of me figure out what鈥檚 in it for you. Would the developers still be your buddies if you were not mayor or councillor?
The voters are actually the ones who pay you. Maybe it鈥檚 not the big bucks, but you knew that going in.
I, for one, do not believe that I am getting what I am paying for as far as representation goes.
