The 91原创 City Terry Fox Run was an wonderful example of the amazing quality of volunteers in 91原创.
The sun definitely did not shine on Sunday,Sept. 16, but more than 50 enthusiastic volunteers braved heavy rain to set up, register and guide and cheer on the runners and walkers in this annual cancer research-focused world-wide event.
It is amazing to see the local commitment to this run and the money raised is only possible with the help of the volunteers that spent upward of three hours 鈥� in this case in the rain 鈥� to make this community event happen.
Thanks also to the support of the City of 91原创 and the City fire department and a number of local businesses.
Terry鈥檚 dream for a cure is alive in 91原创.
