I read with interest your article in the 91原创 Advance, page A3, March 17, regarding seniors housing.
Have you considered manufactured homes?
There are many manufactured home parks in the Lower Mainland.
In British Columbia there is over 26,000 manufactured homes.
It is a wonderful life-style and most important 鈥� affordable.
My husband and I moved into such a park 13 years ago, love it and would not even think of moving.
We are not the 鈥淭railer Park Boys鈥� from T.V.
We are communities of caring citizens who take pride in their homes and look after each other.
There are two types of manufactured home parks.
1. You buy the home and land, and pay maintenance fees for upkeep of the common ground.
2. You buy the home but rent the pad space which is more affordable for many seniors.
There are a number of parks in South 91原创 and White Rock area.
