After scoring 100 points this season, and with only four penalty minutes, Toronto Rock's Garrett Billings was named the National Lacrosse League's most sportsmanlike player.

91原创鈥檚 Garrett Billings has won the National Lacrosse League鈥檚 Sportsmanship Award for the 2013 season.

Billings was announced as the winner on Monday.

The 27-year-old finished second in regular season scoring in the NLL with 100 points, scoring 30 goals and 70 assists. And he had just four minutes in penalties, exemplifying a high level of sportsmanship to go along with tremendous play on the field.

The four-year veteran became the first Rock player in franchise history to record back-to-back 100-point seasons. He was runner-up for the NLL most valuable player award in 2012.

Billings, who lives and works in Toronto, plays in the summers with the Western Lacrosse Association鈥檚 91原创 Thunder.

He played his minor lacrosse with the 91原创 Lacrosse Association.
