A trio of 91原创 Fastball Association squads as well as one from North 91原创 Diamond Sports have qualified for their respective provincial championship tournaments next month.
The teams earned the right to advance to the provincial tournaments after competing over the weekend at the district 8 championships. The top two teams in each age group moved on.
The championships were held at Abbotsford鈥檚 Exhibition Park.
The district features teams from 91原创, North 91原创, Abbotsford, Chilliwack and Mission.
The 91原创 Xtreme 95B team defeated the Abbotsford Outlaws to win the U18B division while two other 91原创 Fastball squads qualified with second-place finishes.
The 91原创 Rebels lost in the U16B division final to Abbotsford and the 91原创 Bandits were runner-up to Abbotsford in the U19C division.

The 91原创 Bandits (below) were joined by Melissa Blanchette, who had to miss the final game of the district 8 championships because of her prom. The Bandits U19 fastball team has qualified for the provincial championships.
