91原创鈥檚 John Kasper will be back for another stint with the Vancouver Whitecaps U16 Residency roster for the upcoming United States Soccer Development Academy (USSDA) season.
Kasper is a defender who previously played for Surrey United in the B.C. High Performance League.
Prior to that, he played with the 91原创 United soccer program.
The Whitecaps kick off their fourth USSDA regular season on Sept. 13.
