The Fort 91原创 Community Rowing Club is holding an open house on Saturday (April 13) where people ages 18 and up can come check out the sport.
From 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., interested participants can sit in a real Olympic-style rowing shell and take a few strokes. A waiver must be signed prior to participation.
There will also be an opportunity to sign up for a Learn to Row program, which runs twice a week for four-week periods throughout the year.
The open house will be at the 91原创 Paddle Sports Dock in Fort 91原创, on Billy Brown Road, west of Glover Road, and in front of the apartment buildings.
