It was their highest offensive output of the season, but it was still not enough as the 91原创 Junior Thunder fell to 0-4 in the B.C. Junior A Lacrosse League.
The Thunder lost 13-10 to the Burnaby Junior Lakers on May 8 at the 91原创 Events Centre. The win was the first of the season for Burnaby (1-2).
91原创 had scored a combined 12 goals in their first three games.
Against the Lakers, the Thunder fell behind 6-3 after the opening period and played Burnaby to a standstill the rest of the way.
91原创 was led by Brett Dobray's four goals and six points while James Rahe had two goals and four points.
The Thunder also outshot Burnaby 51-41.
The team plays twice this weekend in search of their first win, at the Delta Islanders (3-1) at Sungod Arena on May 10 and then at the George Preston Recreation Centre on May 11 at 5 p.m. against the Victoria Junior Shamrocks (2-0-1).
