Emily McLean, Ben Smyth and Donovan Wilk have qualified for the provincial wrestling championships.
The 91原创 Secondary students are part of the 91原创 United Wrestling Club and qualified after strong performances at the Upper Fraser Valley zone finals, which were held in Abbotsford two weeks ago.
McLean was the zone champion in her weight class, while Smyth and Wilk finished third and fourth, respectively, in their divisions. The top five from each boys division and four from each girls division qualified.
The B.C. high school provincial wrestling championships begin today (Thursday) and run until March 2 at the Island Savings Centre in Duncan.
