Rain was coming down as the the iconic Battle of the Giants soccer tournament made its much-anticipated return after 17 years.
Players took to three fields at McLeod Athletic Park in 91原创 to begin two days of play organized by the Fijian Soccer League of Greater Vancouver.

Local teams were joined by visiting clubs from Alberta and the United States, competing across three competitive divisions; Premier, Masters and Veterans.
Two women's soccer and youth clubs are also participating.
Admission is free.
