91Ô´´ is one again the site of the PNE Prize Home with the new build located in Willoughby.
This year’s grand prize home is built by Miracon Developments with interior design by Brown & Co.
Valued at $2.5 million, the home is fully furnished by Yaletown Interiors, energy efficient with the support of BC Hydro, with smart technology supplied by Samsung, a Husqvarna yard care package, and an EV charger in the two-car garage.
The floor plan has 3,292 square feet of living spaces over three levels, including three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a library, whisky tasting room, and a legal two-bedroom basement suite.
The home is at 19619 76B Ave. on the border with Surrey (196 Street). It is available for tours from July 12 through Aug. 23 (opening Saturday and Sunday on opening weekend, and then all Saturdays until Aug. 23 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.). Free tour tickets are available through TicketLeader.
In addition to the grand prize package, ticket purchasers have the chance to win 1-of-5 vehicles from Chevrolet and Cadillac, five $10,000 cash prizes, two seven-day cruise packages with Holland America plus a $1,500 cash prize each, a Winnebago Micro Minnie trailer from Woody’s RV World, a 2025 Harley-Davidson Street Bob from Trev Deeley Motorcycles, and a hot tub package from Beachcomber Hot Tubs Group.
Four bonus draws will take place throughout the summer, with ticket purchasers eligible to win a cash prize of $15,000 and three seven-day cruise packages with Holland America plus a $1,500 cash prize each. Early bird and bonus draws were June 2 and July 10. Bonus draws continue July 24 and Aug. 21. The prize home draw is at the end of the fair Sept. 1.

This year’s Lottery will feature four ticket options, including bundles of two tickets for $35, six tickets for $80, 15 tickets for $165, and 30 tickets for $285.
