A three-day Christmas market returns to the village of Fort 91原创 this weekend with the 4th annual Christmas in the Village event hosted by the Fort 91原创 Village Farmers Market.
Malcolm Weatherston, farmers market manager, said more than 50 vendors will be selling things such as prepared food, jams, baked goods, honey, wood art, jewelry, candles, wines, soaps, and more.
鈥淚t鈥檚 very important to support local industry,鈥� said Weatherston.
鈥淚t鈥檚 an occasion to present the products and foods made by local people.鈥�
During the market there will be live entertainment of Christmas songs, visits with Santa Claus, and a children鈥檚 workshop.
Visitors to the market will also get the chance to see the giant, brightly-lit Christmas tree that stands in front of the Fort 91原创 Community Hall.
Admission is by donation, with the money benefitting food programs at the 91原创 Fine Arts School.
Christmas in the Village vendors are inside the Fort 91原创 Community Hall at 9167 Glover Rd.
The market runs Friday through Sunday, Dec. 14 to 16, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
