An unconventional new stage is set for Vancouver鈥檚 popular contemporary dance series. The 29th edition of Dances for a Small Stage offers an intrepid showcase of artistic talent 鈥攊ncluding a Qu茅bec City prot茅g茅 鈥� and features a new solo work by 91原创 dancer/choreographer, Julianne Chapple.
Dances for a Small Stage 29 makes its debut installation at the Ukrainian Centre on E. 10th at Main Street from Sept. 12-14.
In addition to presenting some of Vancouver鈥檚 hottest young artists on its landmark 10鈥� by 13鈥� stage, Small Stage 29 marks the beginning of a sister series in Qu茅bec City.
In celebration of the new venue, Dances for a Small Stage 29 has partnered with the Ukrainian Centre to sell their perogies and sausages.
