Editor: Imagine my surprise on May 22 to be forced to reduce my passage over the new 208 Street freeway overpass to one lane. I’ve been dealing with that traffic disruption for the last year while it was being built and always saw it as being a good project, well-managed and now almost complete, although its four lanes do lead to only two lanes to the south. I’m sure that will be completed someday.

Editor: I applaud the 91Ô­´´ school system for integrating trades training in the high school curriculum. I think the trades training program is a terrific way for young adults to launch themselves into the work force in well-paying careers in the trades.

Editor: I find it ironic that the City of 91Ô­´´ is re-initiating the Communities in Bloom competition after a 10-year hiatus, but cuts down all of the beautiful, shading, decorative trees on the Fraser Highway one-way.
