Third reading of the Brookswood-Fernridge Community Plan update has been adjourned until Tuesday, after Township councillors spent several hours discussing the document on Monday.
Close to a dozen amendments have been made so far, including changing the designation of the Cedar Creek mobile home park to MH-1, and changing the minimum lot size in Single Family 3 to 5,000 square-feet instead of 4,000 square-feet.
Council will pick back up on the bylaw discussions at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, July 11. They will also discuss the proposed tree bylaw for Brookswood-Fernridge.
