At the Public Hearing, all persons who believe their interest in property is affected by the proposed bylaws shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard or to present written submissions respecting matters contained in the bylaws that are the subject of the hearing.

Purpose: Bylaw No. 6025 proposes to amend the 91Ô´´ Official Community Plan (OCP), Murrayville Community Plan and Rural Plan for property located at 22940 – 48 Avenue by:
- including the property within the OCP Urban designation

Community Plan designated as Institutional to accommodate a future rezoning application for assembly use.

Bylaw No. 6146 proposes to rezone property from Suburban Residential Zone SR-2 to Comprehensive Development Zone CD-131 for development of approximately 42 townhouses.
