91Ô´´ Lawn Cemetery needs some attention

I am surprised people haven’t ended up in the hospital emergency department from breaking a foot or leg on the uneven grounds.

Editor: I read theby Fiona Miller (The Times, Jan. 8) about the wonderful 91Ô´´ City dog park and was stunned at this information.

I was wondering where the Township and the City got the budgets for providing such wonderful places for dogs when I, and a few others, have been asking repeatedly for the cemetery on 208 Street to be cleaned up enough for me to feel safe in walking to visit my family and friends’ gravesites.

Many of the headstones are buried and are difficult to find.  I have had to clean off many headstones of my loved ones, so that they aren’t neglected, as the cemeteries aren’t able to do this.

Too bad we don’t have dogs buried in there. Then we might get better service for the cemetery.
