Several baseball divisions wrapped up their league playoffs over the weekend at North 91原创鈥檚 George Zarrelli Diamond.
The North 91原创 Mets edged the North 91原创 Angels 11-10 in the 9-10 tier II baseball final. The Mets trailed 6-2 but tied the game at 10 and then scored the winning run in the bottom of the sixth inning.
Tyson Baker (Mets) and Joey Yeomans (Angels) earned the MVPs.
The 9-10 tier I championship game saw the North 91原创 Red Sox pound their way to a 12-1 victory over the 91原创 Yankees.
Nolan Premack (Red Sox) and Alexander Crone (Yankees) earned game MVP honours.
The North 91原创 A鈥檚 edged the North 91原创 Dodgers 9-7 in the Major II championship game with the A鈥檚 Braden Warburton winning the MVP.
And in the 11-12 Major I final, it was the North 91原创 Jays down the 91原创 Phillies 6-0 behind a one-hitter from game MVP Ben Whiton. Justice Chiasson earned the Phillies鈥� MVP.
