The Jr. Cardinals edged the first-place 91原创 U16 baseball team 10-9 at Abbotsford's Delair Park on Wednesday.
91原创 scored one run in the top of the seventh and had the tying run on second base but could not bring him home.
Danny Hollins paced the Jr. Blaze attack with four RBIs.
91原创's Liam Kano-McGregor had three RBIs for Abbotsford.
The loss dropped the Jr. Blaze to 8-3, which is still good for first place in the B.C. Junior Premier Baseball League.
91原创 has a pair of road doubleheaders this weekend, on Saturday vs. the Vancouver Jr. Cannons (6-5) at Queen's Park, and on Sunday against the Coquitlam Jr. Redlegs (7-3) at Mundy Park.
