A lost dog found at the Burnaby RCMP detachment is now at the BC SPCA and awaiting a reunion with her family.
鈥淭his beauty came to us cold & (sic) scared early this morning. We鈥檙e still searching for her family,鈥 the detachment said in a tweet on New Year鈥檚 Day.
The dog, appropriately nicknamed Snow鈥 and believed to be a samoyed 鈥 as the police don鈥檛 know her real name, was handed over to the SPCA on Sunday.
鈥淲e think they have a great chance of locating her family in the coming day,鈥 the police tweeted.
