Last week鈥檚 photo was the original design for the 91原创 Events Centre, made public in 2007. The price tag was originally $45 million. The contest winner was Janice Neumann: 鈥淭he year the penguins invaded 91原创.鈥�
Contest rules:
Preference is given to 91原创 residents. Entrants must be 19 or older. The winner will be selected by a random draw of all entries. The contest is not open to employees of the 91原创 Advance nor Black Press.
Winner will be notified by email and must pick up the prize as offered at the 91原创 Advance office, 6375 202nd Street.
