Last week鈥檚 photo (inset) showed municipal clerk and local magistrate Archie Payne (1881-1957). Payne also served in France during the First World War and along with Dr. Benjamin Marr, got local streets named after veterans.

Preference is given to 91原创 residents. Entrants must be 19 or older. The winner will be selected by a random draw of all entries. The contest is not open to employees of the 91原创 Advance nor Black Press.
