Two unrelated car crashes on the Trans-Canada Highway had parts of 91原创 and Aldergrove congested Friday evening, Feb. 9.
Around 5 p.m., a single-vehicle crash blocked the Highway 1 on-ramp off 200th Street.
Cpl. Alex Berube, with the 91原创 RCMP, said a tire had blown on the trailer of a dumptruck which caused the vehicle to flip onto its side.
鈥淭here were no injuries thankfully,鈥 he said.
Traffic passed through the on-ramp on the shoulder and emergency responders closed the westbound right lane while on scene.

Later at about 8 p.m., a second crash on Highway 1 occurred just before 264th Street in Aldergrove.
The westbound left lane was blocked for several hours for crews to clean up the debris and recover the vehicle. It鈥檚 not yet clear how many vehicles were involved in this crash.
